## Description

S P A R K is a therapeutic practice specializing in psychodynamic therapy, a complementary approach to psychotherapy. Founded by Chantal Kortenhorst, the practice aims to help individuals achieve personal healing and self-discovery. Chantal began her journey into therapy after facing challenges in her own life, leading her to a four-year training program that ignited her passion for guiding others toward wellness.

At S P A R K, clients can access individual therapy, tailored workshops on family constellations, and custom programs designed for the corporate sector. The focus here is on experiential therapy, which encourages clients to engage actively with their subconscious to facilitate lasting change. Additionally, S P A R K offers insightful lectures and publishes resources concerning family dynamics, happiness, and health. To make therapy more accessible, a complimentary Coffee Consult is available for those curious about beginning their healing journey. S P A R K promotes a holistic view of health, recognizing the complex interactions influencing an individual's life and well-being.
