## Description

SPARTA Academy is a Swiss martial arts and fitness brand offering training for children, teenagers and adults across seven locations: Adliswil, Regensdorf, Rudolfstetten, Spreitenbach, Wettingen, Schlieren and Wohlen. Its programs welcome beginners, recreational participants and experienced athletes, with coaches supporting members in developing fitness, confidence, focus and practical skills as part of a supportive community.

Courses include kickboxing, Thai kickboxing, boxing, mixed martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, judo and personal training. Children’s classes introduce martial arts through age-appropriate activities, while youth programs build technique, fitness and self-confidence. Adult options range from fitness-focused Fit-Boxen, which combines boxing movements with exercise without contact, to MMA and specialist grappling classes, including Gi and No-Gi BJJ. Advanced athletes can join competition-focused MMA training.

SPARTA facilities vary by location and may include boxing rings, training areas, an octagon, a CrossFit area, showers, shops and parking. The academy invites prospective members to book a free trial session and choose a convenient training location.
