Spartan Lifestyle Coaching is an online health and wellness coaching brand founded by Nick Rouse, building on his experience as an athlete, coach, personal trainer, and founder of Spartan Strength. Its mission is to strengthen the Kingdom by strengthening men through spiritual growth, mindset, nutrition, and fitness. Nick’s background includes playing football at Drake University, coaching, MMA, obstacle course and GORUCK training, Olympic-style training, and Jiu-Jitsu. After working with young people and establishing Spartan Strength in 2008, he expanded the gyms before moving to online personal training and adopting the Spartan Lifestyle name in 2017. Nick and Angie emphasize prayer, study, nutritious eating, exercise, sobriety, and healthy relationships as parts of an integrated way of life.
