# PSPD- Pukulan - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `spd-pukulan.nl` ## Description PSPD-Pukulan is a Pencak Silat school based in Sittard-Geleen, Limburg, the Netherlands. The organisation introduces students to this traditional Southeast Asian martial art, recognised as part of UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity since 2019. Its training combines physical practice with values such as discipline, patience, respect, confidence and awareness, presenting Pencak Silat as both a form of self-defence and a path to personal development. Students learn foundational skills including stances, movement, strikes and defensive strategies. The programme also offers instruction in distinct traditions, including Harimau Berantai, associated with Batu Pahat in Malaysia, and Dangian Pakuan, from Bogor in Indonesia. For those seeking a more athletic focus, Sport Silat training develops fitness, strength, speed, reaction time and explosive movement through competition-oriented techniques and exercises. The school’s approach reflects Pencak Silat’s interconnected dimensions: mental and spiritual development, self-defence, artistic expression, and sport. PSPD-Pukulan offers training in Sittard-Geleen and invites prospective students to enquire about a trial lesson. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Martial Arts _(under Sports)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id-5fXJeta/w/71/h/70/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793404294940) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Red Orange | #fe3724 | accent | | Governor Bay | #3e2f9d | dark | | Biloba Flower | #beb6e9 | light | ## Fonts - Libre Baskerville — asset _(google)_ - sans-serif — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
