## Description

Speaking from Experience is the personal blog and online presence of Kirsti Lindfors, who shares reflections on her work life, Hintsa journey, and passion for horses. Guided by curiosity and a desire to understand how things work, Kirsti writes about experiences, observations, and decisions that have made an impression on her. Her approach is personal and thoughtful: she offers her own perspective without suggesting that her choices are right for everyone. The site covers consulting and management, personal development through her Hintsa journey, and equestrian interests, including Lusitano horses, riding, dressage, and life at Morgado Lusitano in Portugal. Posts describe her experiences with horse ownership and training, as well as the challenges and emotions involved in caring for an ageing horse. The blog also includes reflections on everyday life, such as coping with quarantine. Rather than presenting a formal advice service, Speaking from Experience gives readers an honest account of Kirsti’s interests and learning, inviting them to follow her perspective through stories drawn from work and personal life.
