Spear Education provides in-person and online dental education to help dentists and their teams build clinical confidence, improve patient outcomes, and grow their practices. Its offerings include on-demand courses, continuing education, hands-on workshops and seminars, annual events, chairside tools, and study clubs. Spear also serves practice owners, associates, dental teams, recent graduates, and dental service organizations with programs tailored to their needs, including team training, leadership development, onboarding, and practice growth support.

At the center of Spear’s educational approach is Facially Generated Treatment Planning, a framework developed by Dr. Frank Spear that considers airway, esthetics, function, structure, and biology. The method encourages clinicians to plan care with the whole patient in mind rather than focusing on isolated dental concerns. Members can learn through Spear Online, attend campus workshops, and connect with peers in more than 700 study clubs worldwide. Spear All Access combines courses, workshops, chairside resources, and practice growth partnership support.
