## Description

Speciefy is a nature exploration app created by Empathix AS to help people reconnect with the natural world through curiosity, learning and play. Designed for adventures close to home or farther afield, the app encourages users to notice and identify the plants, animals, mushrooms and birds around them. Each discovery can be added to a personal collection, turning real-world observations into a record of outdoor exploration.

As users discover species, they can earn points, gain experience, level up and unlock interesting facts about nature. Speciefy also offers games that friends and family can play together, with points and rare discoveries adding a friendly competitive element. The experience is intended to make learning about species engaging for people of different ages, including families and educators.

Built around the idea that small discoveries can inspire greater curiosity and care, Speciefy invites users to slow down, look closer and find hidden wildlife in everyday places. The app is currently presented as a beta, with access offered through a beta download.
