## Description

The Spectris Foundation is a charity organization incorporated in England and Wales, dedicated to providing opportunities and educational resources for individuals interested in pursuing a future in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) careers. Our mission is to engineer bright futures by supporting charitable initiatives through grant-making, with a particular focus on enhancing and improving access to quality STEM education. We distribute grants to support access to high-quality education in STEM fields and allocate 20% of our funding annually to small, non-STEM related charities that impact the lives of Spectris Plc staff globally. Recognizing the need to remove barriers to STEM education, our foundation has a core focus on providing access in the key areas where Spectris Plc operates, including the UK, the United States, Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, China, Brazil, South Korea, Japan, and India. We also consider grant opportunities in other jurisdictions to ensure effective grant making. Our values of quality, inclusion, and permanency guide our initiatives. We are committed to delivering high-quality programs, championing diversity and equity, and creating a lasting impact through sustainable funding opportunities. Together with our like-minded partners, we aim to remove barriers and create opportunities for every student to fulfill their potential.
