SPEED School District 802 is a cooperative of fifteen school districts dedicated to providing specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities. SPEED develops and implements evidence-based programs and services for students aged 3-21, focusing on exceptional professional development opportunities for educators.

Governed by School Board Members representing each district and their superintendents, SPEED provides specialized instruction, related services, and customized supports to nearly 700 students across their member districts. Additionally, other area school districts can access these services for an additional fee. The district's mission is to deliver effective programs and services in a cost-efficient manner, ensuring equal educational opportunities for students with disabilities.
