It supports women aged 40 and over who want to rediscover who they are, understand what matters to them, and make choices that feel right. Rather than focusing on becoming someone different, the practice encourages greater self-awareness, balance, and room to live in a way that feels more authentic. Creative work is central to the approach. Through colour, shape, materials, reflection, and movement, clients explore what is happening within them without pressure to produce something beautiful or perfect. Sessions take place in an atelier surrounded by countryside and woodland, offering a calm setting for slowing down and reconnecting with oneself. Services include Het BinnenAtelier, a monthly creative morning; the year-long Spelend Leven programme, where a small group of women explore personal growth together; and individual coaching tailored to each person’s story and pace.
