As of December 31st, 2022, Spellpoint will merge with its sister company, Loihde Trust, to strengthen its services and provide even better customer service. This merger means that Spellpoint will now operate under Loihde Trust Oy.

However, this transition will not impact the existing partnerships and no action will be required from the customers. The services offered by Spellpoint will continue as before, and in addition to Identity and Access Management (IAM), they will also expand their offerings to include other security services. All agreements will be transferred to Loihde Trust Oy according to the terms and conditions.
