## Description

Spenningskurset AS organizes a winter outdoor course at Bjorli, Norway, designed to help people with disabilities and varying support needs enjoy outdoor life and take part in exciting activities. Its aim is to create opportunities for children, young people, adults and older people across the county to get outside, experience winter activities and challenge themselves in an inclusive setting. The course encourages participants to push their boundaries and discover what they can achieve.

The programme includes skiing and other outdoor activities, with experiences shaped around the course’s focus on participation, challenge and enjoyment. Spenningskurset shares information about its course offerings, invitations and registration, as well as photographs, videos, links, literature and current news. Its website also features films and reports from previous courses, offering visitors a view of activities and participant experiences.

The 2026 course is scheduled for 24–27 March at Bjorli; the published registration deadline has passed. Spenningskurset’s work centers on making winter outdoor recreation and engaging experiences more accessible to people with diverse abilities and support requirements.
