## Description

SPiCE VC is a pioneer and leader in the Blockchain and tokenization ecosystem. They have revolutionized the way venture capital is raised and managed by introducing a liquid tokenized fund. Their mission is to fund the massive growth of the industry, investing in companies that are building the ecosystem and have winning products, services, and strong teams. SPiCE VC started in 2017 when digital securities were still a distant idea. They successfully tokenized the LP interests in SPiCE and invented much of the legal and regulatory structure for the industry. They also built the first generation of the technology themselves. Today, they are widely regarded as a leader in the space and support the rapid growth of the ecosystem with capital and expertise. Since their inception, SPiCE VC has already invested in 16 companies within the tokenization ecosystem, with some of them already experiencing significant growth and going public. Encouraged by their success, they have launched their second fund, SPiCE II, to capture the vast growth opportunities in the Blockchain and tokenization ecosystem. Investors can get in touch with SPiCE to learn more about their investment opportunities and be a part of this exciting space.
