## Description

Spires Consulting helps individuals prepare to own or operate an assisted living facility (ALF) or Adult Family Care Home (AFCH). Its mission is to guide aspiring administrators through the Assisted Living Facility Administrator exam and provide step-by-step support with the AHCA survey process for licensure. The company offers coaching, licensure training, and practical guidance designed to help clients understand the requirements and build the knowledge needed to enter the assisted living industry.

The consulting service is led by Nurse Tisa, whose experience spans correctional facilities, mental health services, and skilled nursing, as well as more than a decade in the ALF industry. Drawing on this background, she mentors people exploring a career change or seeking to start and manage a care-focused business. Clients can receive one-to-one personal coaching and a step-by-step training guide to support their licensing journey. Spires Consulting also provides courses, resources, and answers to frequently asked questions, helping prospective owners learn how to open and manage an assisted living facility with confidence.
