## Description

SPI (Selected Performance Ingredients), also known as Spisl, is a food-ingredient distributor and solutions developer based in Barcelona. As a subsidiary of PMS International Group, the company combines ingredient distribution with the development of solutions and finished products for the food sector. Its work focuses on shelf-life extension and food safety, as well as texture, colour, flavours and health ingredients.

SPI offers products across a broad range of families, including stabilisers and texturisers, colourings, flavourings, spice blends, other ingredients and additives, filtration and decolourising earths, and commodities. The company also organises its range by application, serving beverage, dairy, confectionery, sauce, biscuit and bakery, oil and margarine, and meat-product sectors. This structure helps food businesses explore ingredients suited to different product categories and needs.

Through its services and application expertise, SPI supports the development of food solutions and finished products. The company invites customers to learn about its product families and applications, and provides direct contact through its Barcelona office.
