## Description

Splinterworks, a pioneering design brand founded in 2009, is driven by a passion for transforming everyday objects into exquisite and functional sculptures. Collaborators Miles Hartwell and Matt Withington lead this creative endeavor, which seeks to reimagine familiar items and enhance the things we enjoy with ambitious and beautifully crafted designs. Splinterworks' sculptural pieces strive to enrich the lives of those who interact with them, creating engaging and inspiring experiences. Their experimental and theatrical designs play with dichotomies of solidity and weightlessness, motion and stillness, and strength and fragility. Using innovative materials, they push the boundaries of balance and aesthetics. With a strong emphasis on quality, technical ingenuity, and artistic integrity, Splinterworks creates work that is both considered and exquisite. Dive deeper into their design philosophy in the Pool Chasers Podcast from August 2023.
