## Description

Sportélmény Alapítvány is a public-benefit foundation based in Szekszárd, Hungary, established in 2004 and led by Tamás Scherer. Its mission is to support local athletics development, particularly for young people, and encourage healthy lifestyles. The foundation provides athletes with financial and material assistance and takes part in prevention and equal-opportunity programs, helping make sport and its benefits accessible to more people.

A central part of its work is organizing sporting experiences and events. Its flagship event is the internationally rated Domaine Gróf Zichy Street Run. The foundation also shares competition reports, news, results, photographs, videos, and documents through its website, alongside county athletics rankings covering 1955–2025. Its updates follow athletes and competitions across age groups, and its activities include athletics camps and the organization of sporting events.

Sportélmény Alapítvány works with supporters and partner organizations to advance its goals. Individuals can contribute through donations, including Hungary’s personal income tax one-percent designation.
