The project operates by selecting young members in their 20s to 30s who are inexperienced or have limited experience in Himalayan and overseas mountaineering through public applications. Over the course of approximately one year, the selected team goes through meetings, training hikes, and team-building activities, with the goal of reaching unexplored peaks of over 6,000 meters in the Himalayas. スポルティバ ジャパン is one of the companies sponsoring the Himalaya Camp project, reflecting their commitment to supporting outdoor activities and the development of mountaineering culture in Japan.
