Springboard To Opportunities is a brand dedicated to connecting families living in affordable housing with resources and programs to help them thrive in school, work, and life. They understand that affordable housing alone is not enough to create thriving communities, so they work directly with families and establish strategic partnerships with other organizations to help residents achieve their goals. Springboard To Opportunities aims to build pathways for adults, children, and families to realize their dreams by offering unique and resident-driven programs and services.

By asking residents about their hopes, ambitions, and the challenges they face, the brand creates tailored programs and roadmaps to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their aspirations. Through their radically resident-driven service delivery model, the organization empowers vulnerable families to increase their self-efficacy and become their best selves in life, school, and work. In 2022, they expanded their resident-centered advocacy work, provided cash disbursements to families affected by the Jackson Water Crisis, and continued to be recognized as a leader in developing community-centered programming.
