## Description

RoboMark develops semi-autonomous robotic marks for sailing clubs, race committees, and event organizers. Co-founded by three-time Olympian Chris Rast, the family-led company combines elite sailing experience with Swiss engineering to help teams set courses with less physical effort and more consistent positioning. Its robotic marks are designed for high-speed towing, allowing multiple units to be transported together without heavy lifting or slow towing. On the water, a low center of gravity, high-torque motors, maximum outboard, and multi-constellation GNSS positioning help the marks hold station and support accurate starting lines and gate placements.

RoboMark’s system can be set from a tablet, helping race committees manage courses while reducing the workload on volunteers. The company also highlights potential club benefits, including lower fuel costs and less line and anchor maintenance. RoboMark serves clubs, organizations, and sailing events, and offers personal support to customers. Prospective buyers can discuss fleet and connection requirements, request a call, and explore acquisition options including outright purchase, annual lease, or lease-to-own.
