## Description

Spuri Futó és Triatlon Sportklub is a Hungarian amateur sports club for people interested in running, swimming, cycling and triathlon. Its approach centres on building a lasting, healthy relationship with exercise and helping members organise their training, whether they are just starting out or already have specific goals. Led by coaches including Kindl Gábor and Baranyai Judit, the club offers group sessions in swimming, running and indoor cycling, with activities that may include strength work, stretching and trail running. These Excel-based schedules are broken down by day and explained in detail, with the option of consultations every two weeks or monthly. Beyond training, the club nurtures a welcoming community through competitions, training camps, seasonal gatherings and outings that members’ families can also enjoy.
