## Description

The Steven P. Vann Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on supporting education and carrying out its mission through advocacy and community involvement. Its scholarship program assists graduating high school seniors who plan to continue their education and are children of deceased employees of National Passenger Railroad Corporations. By helping eligible students pursue further education, the foundation recognizes the families of railroad employees and offers a practical form of support as students take their next steps.

The organization invites individuals to contribute to its cause or participate in its activities. Its website provides information about the foundation’s work, scholarship opportunities, supporters, and advisory board, along with event details and a photo gallery. Visitors can also explore sponsorship opportunities and sign up by email to receive news and updates. Donations and community engagement are presented as ways to help advance the foundation’s work. Based in Crofton, Maryland, the Steven P. Vann Foundation serves as a nonprofit resource for scholarship support and advocacy connected to the families it seeks to assist.
