## Description

Silicon Quantum Computing (SQC) is a quantum technology company founded in 2017, building on more than 25 years of materials engineering. It develops quantum processors using phosphorus atoms precisely placed in silicon, with its 14|15 qubit platform manufactured in-house. SQC emphasizes atomic-scale precision, integrated chip production and a streamlined design based on just silicon and phosphorus. Its capabilities support the development of both analogue and error-corrected processors.

SQC’s products include Watermelon, a quantum feature generator designed for classical machine-learning workflows, and Quantum Twins, an analogue quantum simulator for chemical and materials design. The company also plans to offer its Chilli Series gate-based processors for experimentation and advancement. Products are made accessible through SQC Cloud and on-premises hardware.

SQC’s work is aimed at advancing quantum computing, with a stated ambition to deliver a universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer. The company reports more than 200 patents and patent applications, over 250 refereed journal publications, and a team that includes more than 50 PhDs and doctoral candidates.
