## Description

Stackyard is a modular lending protocol for tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain. Its central idea is “one asset, one box”: each box is an isolated lending market containing a single tokenized stock as collateral. Lenders deposit dollars and hold shares in their chosen box, while borrowers post that stock and borrow dollars against it. This separation is designed to keep losses in one market from affecting lenders in another.

Each box uses a price feed, interest-rate curve, loan-to-value limit, and liquidation bonus. These parameters are fixed when the box is created, and the protocol says they cannot be changed afterward. Users can create boxes by selecting a tokenized stock, oracle, rate curve, loan-to-value ratio, and bonus, subject to the stated collateral checks and limits. Stackyard computes a unique address for each configuration and maintains a manifest of the boxes and their market data. The site describes the protocol as having no owner, fees, pause mechanism, or proxy.
