## Description

The Stadtwerke Stuttgart Lichterfestival is an annual summer event held at Höhenpark Killesberg in Stuttgart. Its 74th edition took place on July 11, 2026, welcoming around 25,000 visitors for an evening of music, illuminated installations, hands-on activities and a festival show. The programme is designed for a broad audience, with family-friendly experiences including the Zauberwald and illumination features, alongside food and drink. The festival’s website provides practical information about schedules, tickets, travel, entry, accessibility, family facilities and visitor awareness, as well as answers to frequently asked questions. Visitors are encouraged to travel by public transport. Sustainability is also part of the festival’s approach: the organisers highlight measures and projects developed with Stadtwerke Stuttgart and share tips for a more environmentally friendly visit. The event looks ahead to its 75th edition on July 10, 2027. Through its mix of entertainment, shared activities and light-based attractions, the festival offers Stuttgart residents and visitors a lively way to enjoy a summer day in the park.
