## Description

RAILGUN is a protocol with a staking portal that lets RAIL holders stake tokens to support protocol security and earn rewards. The portal connects users to autonomous security staking contracts on relevant blockchains and displays information about staking, proposals, treasury activity, and rewards. Users can connect a wallet to view their current stakes and rewards, begin staking, or see the latest proposals.

According to the portal, treasury addresses collect a portion of tokens entering and leaving the system. Every two weeks, 4.2% of the treasury’s WETH, DAI, and RAIL is distributed for eligible RAIL security stakers to claim.
