## Description

Stal Boomerwaal is a small-scale riding and horsemanship centre in Waarland, North Holland, serving children and adults in the wider Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard area. Founded in 2009 by instructor Gina, the stable focuses on building a respectful connection between people and horses. Its approach goes beyond riding technique, encouraging students to develop awareness, trust and cooperation rather than work towards a “perfect” performance.

At the stable, riders can take lessons in horse riding and horsemanship, with small groups allowing for individual attention. Gina also offers on-location support in groundwork, join-up, lunging and behavioural challenges in everyday horse handling. For beginners and parents of new riders, Stal Boomerwaal provides an online introductory course covering the basics of horse riding.

The stable welcomes learners at different stages and aims to make lessons a positive experience for both horse and rider, with attention to animal welfare. Visitors can enquire about a trial lesson through the website, and the business also shares information and updates through social media.
