## Description

**Stamford-Bridge.com** is a dedicated online resource for Chelsea Football Club fans, established in the early 2000s out of a desire to make historical and statistical information about the club accessible online. Originally started as CFCHistory, the site contains a comprehensive database with over 6,000 match records, including competitive games, and profiles for more than 760 players who have made first-team appearances. Covering a breadth of history, the database also catalogs managers since 1905 and records of opposition players who have scored against Chelsea.

In addition to its rich statistics, Stamford-Bridge.com collaborates with the Chelsea Graves Society, documenting the final resting places of over 300 significant club figures. The site aims to continually expand its offerings, focusing on reserves, juniors, and the women's team, while remaining a free resource for all fans. Through donations and minimal advertising, the site seeks sustainability, aiming to preserve and promote Chelsea's storied legacy for future generations.
