Ian Boulton Stamp Dealer, known as The Perth Stampman, is an independent philatelic business based in Perth, Western Australia. Founded by Ian Boulton in 2005, the business draws on more than 40 years of experience in philately, including international experience with Stanley Gibbons in London. Ian is a registered stamp dealer and professional valuer, offering independent appraisals and practical advice to collectors and people considering the sale of collections.

The business buys stamp collections, individual rare stamps, postal history and historic ephemera, offering competitive market rates and immediate cash settlement for suitable material. Ian also provides preliminary digital appraisals by email, helping clients with initial identification and assessment, and arranges private home visits for large, bulky or specialist estate collections. Ian founded the Perth Stamp & Coin Show in 2012 and serves as Vice-President of the Australasian Philatelic Traders’ Association.
