## Description

Starlink Cat is a community project on the X Layer blockchain built around the $STARLINK meme coin and a mission to help bring satellite internet to places without reliable connectivity. The project’s No Dead Zones Fund turns token activity and community donations into a funding stream for Starlink kits. According to its published model, a 1% buy tax and 3% sell tax support purchases of tokenized SpaceX stock; payouts from that stock are allocated 25% to Starlink kits and 75% to buying back $STARLINK for the fund. The project says donated tokens are held rather than sold, with donors intended to help decide where kits are sent through future voting. Its services include a community fund dashboard for tracking balances and transactions, a light map showing coverage and proposed locations, and a request process for communities seeking a Starlink connection. The initiative also invites users to trade on X Layer, donate tokens, and verify fund activity through blockchain records.
