## Description

Starting 11 is an online football quiz brand for fans who enjoy testing their knowledge of historic match line-ups. Its central game challenges players to name all 11 starters from a selected fixture, with matches spanning clubs, competitions and decades. Examples include Premier League games involving Everton, Crystal Palace, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Liverpool.

Players choose a fixture, study the clues and enter each mystery player’s name against the clock. The number of letters in each name is displayed, and hints can reveal letters when a player is difficult to remember. Players can also give up to see the answers or challenge a friend to beat their score. Alongside the main Starting 11 game, the site offers other quizzes, random games and ways to browse by competition, club or decade. It also provides a how-to-play guide, account registration and login features, and options to receive updates about quizzes and competitions.
