## Description

Start Monday is an automotive recruitment agency specializing in connecting Irish automotive businesses with skilled professionals. For more than a decade, it has supported franchise dealerships, dealer groups and original equipment manufacturers, placing over 1,500 candidates and working with more than 100 automotive business partners. Its core focus is recruiting qualified, manufacturer-trained Technicians, including specialists in electric vehicles, hybrids, high-voltage systems and advanced diagnostics.

The agency sources candidates from Ireland, the EU and international markets. For overseas Technician hires, Start Monday manages the recruitment and relocation journey, including in-person screening in the UAE, interview coordination, permits and visas, documentation, travel and onboarding support. Employers and candidates receive a clear process and a single point of contact from offer through arrival.

Beyond Technician recruitment, Start Monday provides specialist hiring across sales, aftersales, marketing, finance and operational support. It also conducts executive searches for senior roles at automotive manufacturers and dealership groups.
