The Startup Factory is a business incubator for medium-sized German companies looking to expand their operations in China by establishing their own assembly, production, repair workshop, or user center. Located in Kunshan, just outside of Shanghai, and supported by our contact office in Munich, our experienced German-Chinese management team oversees the business of currently 38 foreign branches of European companies, covering a total production area of 40,000 square meters with 300 employees. In addition to flexible rental production space, the Startup Factory offers comprehensive service packages that include centralized overhead functions, allowing our customers to focus solely on production and business development.
