## Description

St. Augustine Distillery is a craft spirits producer based in St. Augustine, Florida, the nation’s oldest city. Founded by 20 local families, the distillery was established to create world-class spirits while contributing to the city’s future. It operates in a restored former ice plant, which the company describes as Florida’s oldest, and welcomes visitors for guided and self-guided experiences seven days a week.

The distillery makes handcrafted spirits using ingredients sourced from fresh, locally grown Florida agriculture. Its range includes Florida Straight Bourbon, Port Finished Bourbon, The Saint Bourbon, Pot Distilled Rum, New World Gin, and Florida Cane Vodka. The brand also offers cocktail recipes, mixers, limited spirit releases, branded merchandise, and retail access to its products. Its stated mission is to educate and inspire guests through award-winning bourbon, rum, gin, and vodka, combining tradition with innovation. Visitors can explore the distillery through tours, while customers can find its spirits through the brand’s website and retail channels.
