## Description

Stave Advisory is a Finland-based advisory firm focused on preparedness, resilience and decision-making under pressure. Founded by Maxime Lebrun, whose experience includes senior research and analysis work at the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats and roles at the Baltic Defence College, Stave draws on a decade of work addressing hybrid threats. Its services are organised into three offerings. Bearings provides an external perspective on the operating environment through keynotes, executive briefings, teaching modules, panel conversations and recurring situational updates. Practice helps organisations rehearse decisions through three stages: Expose, Build and Test, using exercises and wargames to identify assumptions, strengthen capability and test readiness. Critical Entities Resilience applies those stages to the regulated pathway for designated operators, supporting designation readiness, gap and risk assessments, resilience planning, exercises and validation in the context of CER, NIS2 and DORA. Stave works with public and private organisations, including critical-infrastructure operators, and addresses issues such as governance, continuity, hostile activity, information risks and accountability.
