## Description

Stax is an experimental crypto protocol for creating and redeeming tokenized stock index baskets on Robinhood Chain, with Arbitrum L2 also listed. Users deposit USDG, and Stax’s vault swaps it for the tokenized stocks in a basket’s preset weights, then mints a single ERC-20 basket token to their wallet. Holders can redeem at any time by burning the token and receiving the pro-rata underlying value in USDG; the process has no lockup or stated minimum and is designed to complete in one transaction.

The platform offers eight baskets, including equal-weighted and market-cap-weighted Mag 7 portfolios, retail favorites, an index blend, semiconductors, healthcare, and commodities. Basket compositions and weights are shown transparently on-chain, and prices are verified using Chainlink oracles. Stax charges a 0.25% fee per mint and redeem. Its site also provides basket browsing, minting and redemption, portfolio features, protocol documentation, and community links. Stax states that the protocol carries market, smart-contract, and custody risks, is not a broker-dealer, and is not available to US persons.
