## Description

Somewhere is a luxury villa set within the Bay of Islands, New Zealand, offering a private retreat surrounded by the Pacific Ocean. Designed to host a multi-generational family or groups of friends, the residence combines generous shared spaces with distinctive coastal amenities. Guests can enjoy two private beaches, a heated swimming pool, a spa pool, a sauna, and a private jetty with a boat. The property also has space for helicopter landings and includes a separate, self-contained two-bedroom house for staff.

Although Somewhere feels secluded on its own geographical private island, it is connected to the mainland by a wooden bridge and is about a 20-minute drive from Kerikeri Airport. Guests can arrive by road, private helicopter, seaplane, or boat, and explore the Bay’s 144 islands, with opportunities for dolphin watching, fishing, and diving. Somewhere also emphasizes meaningful experiences, from learning about local Iwi, land, and history to enjoying locally sourced food and evenings around a bonfire. Its approach to luxury centers on privacy, connection, and a sense of presence.
