## Description

Steady Care Australia is a registered NDIS provider supporting people at home and in the community. Supporting people since 2019, the organisation is autistic-led, with lived experience informing its approach. It welcomes people with different disabilities, support needs and ways of living, including autistic people and people with intellectual and cognitive, physical or psychosocial disabilities. Support is shaped around each person’s routines, preferences, communication, interests and boundaries.
