We take pride in producing seamless rolled rings with diameters ranging from 100 to 370 mm and heights up to 150 mm, weighing a maximum of 38 kg, and with wall thicknesses between 8 and 60 mm. To ensure high-quality standards, we have obtained the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification from TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH. Additionally, we comply with ISO 50001:2018 requirements, following our established Energy Management System. Our services also include heat treatment procedures such as annealing, quenching, tempering, stress-relieving, GKZ-annealing, and normalizing. We further offer CNC-machining services, capable of handling outer diameter dimensions up to 350 mm, heights up to 300 mm, and weights up to 110 kg.
