The Steel Rivers Council of Governments (SRCOG) is a non-profit organization that supports municipalities in the Mon Valley region of Allegheny County. We offer a wide range of services and programs to help our member towns maintain and enhance their communities in the short-term. Additionally, we are uniquely positioned to collaboratively develop innovative strategies to address regional challenges in the long term.

Our services include code enforcement, equipment rental, geographic information systems, grant management, joint purchasing, regional training complex, and street sweeping. We also have various projects such as Air Quality Ambassadors, Certified Backyard Habitats, Health Access, Tri-COG Land Bank, Waterfront Maintenance Fund, Whole-Home Repairs, and CURE Mon Valley. At SRCOG, we prioritize sharing knowledge and resources.
