# Steepfield - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `steepfield.website` ## Description Steepfield is a quiet, practical notebook for brewing and tasting tea. Designed as an offline reference with no sign-up or tracking, it brings together steeping tables, a temperature and timer tool, tasting vocabulary, and concise brewing guides. Its tables offer starting points for white, green, oolong, black and pu-erh teas, as well as herbal infusions, with suggested water temperatures, leaf weights, steeping times and re-steep counts. Both Western brewing and gongfu methods are covered, with measurements scaled for a 240 ml cup or a 100 ml vessel. The timer lets users select a tea and brewing method, then provides suggested temperature, leaf quantity and steep time. It can extend later steeps, adjust timing, and play a browser-generated chime. A 19-term vocabulary helps describe qualities such as body, astringency, aroma, finish and wet leaf consistently. Three short guides address judging water temperature, brewing ratios and methods, and correcting common faults. Together, these resources help tea drinkers make more consistent cups and record what they taste. ## Industries - 🍔 Food and Drink - 🍔 Beverages _(under Food and Drink)_ - 🗺 Reference Materials - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idz9L-5xPa/w/820/h/820/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791177644236) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Bull Shot | #8a4a1f | accent | | Zeus | #161310 | dark | | Ecru White | #f6f1e9 | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
