# Stella Intl - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `stellaintl.com` ## Description Stella International is a U.S.-focused offshore staffing and operations partner that builds and manages dedicated teams in the Philippines. Rather than placing freelancers with clients, Stella hires for specific roles, trains teams on client systems, and manages their work from its offices. Its approach begins with understanding business needs and mapping workflows, then defining roles and performance measures before hiring and launch. Services include recruitment and talent acquisition, healthcare support, administrative assistance, customer service, back-office operations, and ABA therapy operations. Teams can handle tasks such as candidate sourcing, credentialing support, scheduling, data entry, CRM management, phone, email and chat support, reporting, billing coordination, and documentation. Stella also provides team leads, HR and IT support, performance tracking, quality reviews, and ongoing operational management. The company serves healthcare and behavioral health organizations, recruitment agencies, administrative service providers, customer service operations, and growing businesses. Clients can expand teams, shifts, or functions as their needs change, with coverage scheduled for U.S. time zones. ## Industries - 💼 Jobs and Career - 💼 Human Resources _(under Jobs and Career)_ - 📊 Business and Consumer Services - 📊 Business Services _(under Business and Consumer Services)_ ## Links - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/stella-intl) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id7xly8_jG/w/1024/h/252/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791949922403) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id7xly8_jG/w/200/h/200/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791949922494) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Red Orange | #fe2d2d | accent | | Blue Zodiac | #0e2445 | dark | | Danube | #6dadd5 | light | ## Imagery - banner _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id7xly8_jG/w/200/h/60/idv1cWD2-a.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791949922618) --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
