## Description

Susquehanna Township EMS (STEMS) is an emergency medical services organization that has served its local communities since 1954. Guided by the promise “Always Here, Always Ready for You,” it provides advanced and basic emergency medical care to Susquehanna Township, Penbrook Borough, and Paxtang Borough. Its paramedics and EMTs are available around the clock, every day of the year, to respond to medical emergencies.

To support its 24/7 operations, STEMS offers annual membership subscriptions to residents of its primary service areas. The organization also provides CPR, AED, and First Aid training for individuals and larger groups, with courses from the American Heart Association and ECSI. Additional services include standby coverage, alongside emergency response.

STEMS shares information about its team, service area, history, and community activities, and provides ways to make donations, pay invoices, request records, and submit patient feedback or complaints. Patient comments highlight the crews’ professionalism, kindness, clear communication, and attentive care.
