## Description

Step Out Community Access Service Inc is a disability support provider serving the Big Rivers Region since 1991. Founded by a group of dedicated parents, the organisation has grown to offer a range of supports guided by respect, person-centred care and innovation. Its services are designed to help people build life skills, strengthen independence and participate in their communities.

As an NDIS-registered provider, Step Out offers Supported Independent Living for people with high support needs in their own homes or shared arrangements. Community access support is tailored to individual needs and goals, while daily living assistance helps people with tasks that contribute to independence and quality of life. Support coordination helps participants understand and use their NDIS plans. The organisation also provides transport and travel assistance, including lifts to appointments, grocery shopping and community events. Its accommodation-related supports include respite, Medium Term Accommodation, Short Term Accommodation and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
