## Description

STEPS ABA is an Italian social cooperative and nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and young people with developmental disorders through individualized, evidence-based educational and rehabilitation programs. Its work is guided by Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with the aim of helping each child develop their potential. The organization also provides training and practical support for families and educators. Parent Training offers free learning sessions for families, while courses for teachers cover methods and techniques used in individualized educational programs based on ABA principles. Its 40-hour RBT course is designed to meet training requirements for the credential and is offered independently of the BACB.

STEPS ABA also runs programs focused on attention, independence, and social development. Mind-Up uses mindfulness exercises to help children aged five and older build concentration, understand bodily sensations, and manage emotions and impulses. Teen Lab serves young people aged 10 to 18, teaching functional everyday skills and creating opportunities for meaningful relationships and group experiences.
