## Description

Steve Rigby is a sales author, speaker, and trainer who helps professionals and organizations pursue success and significance through relationship-first selling. Drawing on three decades of experience, Rigby promotes genuine human connection over quick fixes and overly systematized, aggressive sales tactics. His people-first philosophy is reflected in S.M.I.L.E., a book about building stronger relationships to improve both sales results and the experience of working in sales. His other book, The 7 Rules of Shopping, explores how people want to be treated as consumers and is offered as a free introduction to his approach.

Through New Wings, Rigby provides transformational sales training, books, and programs designed to help individuals and organizations strengthen connections and develop their sales practice. His work also includes Circle Selling, presented as an alternative to traditional sales processes, along with speaking engagements for groups and organizations. The website features free resources and a blog where Rigby shares his latest ideas. Across these offerings, the brand focuses on making sales more human, rewarding, and meaningful.
