## Description

Stevie Parle is a London-based chef, restaurateur, consultant and food writer whose work spans restaurants, private dining, publishing and television. He trained at Ballymaloe from the age of sixteen and worked at The River Café, Moro and Petersham Nurseries before launching Moveable Kitchen, an early London pop-up. In 2009, he opened Dock Kitchen with Tom Dixon, followed by restaurants including Rotorino, Craft London, Palatino and Joy. Parle now runs Pastaio, Town and Motorino. Pastaio, established in 2017, is known for freshly made pasta served simply. Town focuses on British produce, regenerative farming and ingredient-led cooking, while Motorino offers modern London-Italian food in Fitzrovia, developed in partnership with chef Luke Ahearne. Parle also takes on a limited number of private cooking engagements, including intimate dinners and special events, and provides brand and menu consultancy to food businesses and hospitality teams. His work includes three cookbooks, a Channel 4 television series and a food column in the Daily Telegraph.
