## Description

St Helens Ju Jitsu & Kobudo is a martial arts school offering Ju Jitsu classes for children and adults in St Helens, Liverpool and the Wigan area. Founded in January 2006 by Sensei Brian Moore and Sensei Stephen Moore, the school has grown to offer four classes, including two in St Helens, one in Appley Bridge near Wigan and one in Sefton Park, Liverpool.

Its children’s classes are designed to help young people stay active, build confidence and discipline, develop social skills, and learn ways to deal with bullying. Adult classes offer opportunities to improve fitness and confidence, practise self-defence, strengthen discipline and meet new people. The school encourages students to step outside their comfort zones while joining a community through training.

St Helens Ju Jitsu & Kobudo provides information for prospective students about its children’s and adult programmes and invites them to begin their Ju Jitsu journey. Those interested can contact the school by email or phone to learn more about classes and getting started.
