## Description

Stichting Eline-de Cirkel is Rond is a Dutch foundation focused on adoption, cultural identity, and connections between the Netherlands and China. Its work includes supporting secondary-school students in China through study scholarships and helping adoptees search for their birth families in China. The foundation also shares information and resources about adoption and growing up between cultures, with the aim of encouraging understanding and exploration of identity.

Alongside this practical support, the organisation has hosted events and cultural activities, including Chinese New Year gatherings, concerts, talks, and exhibitions. These events have brought together adoptees, adoptive families, and others interested in Chinese culture and cross-cultural experiences. The foundation publishes news and updates, and provides information about its activities, governance, finances, and privacy policies through its website. Based in Schagen, the Netherlands, Stichting Eline-de Cirkel is Rond also participates in the municipal Platform Grenzenloos Schagen. Its work combines educational assistance, support for adoption-related searches, and opportunities for cultural exchange and conversation.
