## Description

Stichting Het Gouden Uur is a Dutch nonprofit organization that creates calming music and video programs for older people, especially those living with dementia. Its work brings together familiar Dutch songs, piano and classical music, and recognizable images from the past and present. The programs are designed to encourage calm, recognition, connection, and moments of enjoyment for viewers, while also supporting family caregivers and care professionals. The foundation offers free videos through YouTube, along with a television app and other apps that make its content accessible at home and in care settings.

Beyond its music programs, Het Gouden Uur provides slide presentations for seniors and services to digitize slides and videotapes. The website also lists wedding videography and a reborn doll initiative among its offerings. The organization shares news and information about its projects and welcomes donations to help create new programs and keep them accessible. Stichting Het Gouden Uur has charitable organization status in the Netherlands and relies on support from donors, funds, and other partners to continue its work.
